That's Kunwar ! [Grade IV]. A mischievous red cheeked back bencher of Govt. High School Chitkul, a place which is usually covered under snow for 3 long months. The only lad who could dare peeping out of his classroom just for this picture even when his master Arvind was in, for a lecture. There isn't any day in their school calendar when Kunwar and his schoolmates are not wearing woollens. Even besides the challenging climatic state of this place, these school kids are always keen to join their classes with much enthusiasm.
